For talking head content, 10-15 minutes raw for a 10-minute video works well. For b-roll heavy content (vlogs, travel), shoot 30-60 minutes for 10 minutes final. Experienced creators with scripted content may need less. We can work with any amount, but more footage provides better editing flexibility and higher quality final product.

Thumbnail design is included with our Premium Editing package and available as an add-on ($25) for Standard/Advanced packages. We create click-worthy thumbnails using high-quality frames from your video, bold text overlays, contrast and color optimization, faces with emotional expressions when applicable, and design elements consistent with your brand. We provide 2-3 thumbnail concepts per video based on proven templates from your niche. Thumbnails are delivered in YouTube's recommended 1280x720 resolution as both JPG and PNG files.

All packages include 2 revision rounds where you can request changes to pacing, effects, music, color, or any other element. Most clients need only 1 revision round. Premium package includes unlimited revisions. We work collaboratively—providing detailed feedback helps us nail your vision quickly. Major creative direction changes after first draft may require additional fees, but tweaks, adjustments, and refinements are always included. Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. If we fundamentally miss the mark (rare), we'll re-edit from scratch at no charge.
